Impressly.ai creates AI-assisted professional headshots from photos, preferences, and company workspace settings supplied by users or company administrators.

Generated images may contain artifacts or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.

You must upload only photos you have the right to use and that depict the person participating in the headshot workflow.

You may not use Impressly for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes.

Company administrators are responsible for configuring the workspace, inviting or enabling employees, providing any required employee notices, and choosing an appropriate lawful basis for workforce processing.

A company administrator should confirm authority to launch the company headshot workflow before employees are invited or asked to upload photos.

Company administrators may approve, delete, export, or manage workspace headshots according to their role and company settings.

Source photos are processed to create the requested headshot workflow and may be sent to AI processing providers as needed to provide the service.

For company headshots, source photos are removed from active storage after identity setup, with a 30-day hard cap unless a legal hold or enterprise exception applies.

Generated preview variants are available for up to 30 days unless the employee or company deletes them earlier. A company-approved official headshot may be retained longer for workspace use.

Deleted assets cannot be recovered from active storage. Backup and provider-side deletion may follow provider backup and retention cycles.

Fees, credits, refunds, and billing records are handled according to the purchase flow, applicable order terms, and our Refund Policy.

Consumer (personal) prices shown in EUR and GBP include applicable VAT (TTC). Prices shown in USD are tax-exclusive; any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated by destination and added at checkout based on your location.

Business (team) prices are shown exclusive of VAT (HT). VAT is added at checkout where applicable, or reverse-charged where a valid EU VAT identification number is provided and accepted. A tax invoice is issued for business orders.

The final tax and total payable are calculated at checkout based on the country and tax status you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax-identification details.

Deletion of photos or headshots does not remove billing, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute records that we are required or permitted to keep.

If you participate in an approved Impressly affiliate or referral program, commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received, excluding tax, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and credits.

Default cash affiliate rates are 30% on eligible personal photoshoot purchases and 15% of net-of-tax (HT) eligible team plan revenue for the first 12 months per referred company, capped at $1,500 per company.

Commissionable purchases are personal photoshoots and eligible team plans. Edit-pack add-ons, manual deals, enterprise-discounted deals, credits, and non-standard arrangements are not commissionable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Referral attribution uses a 60-day cookie window and may depend on successful tracking, account creation, and payment attribution.

Commissions may be withheld, rejected, or reversed for cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating orders.

Payouts are monthly by bank transfer or Wise after approved unpaid commission reaches the $50 minimum threshold.

Affiliates must use clear FTC-compliant disclosures, must not bid on Impressly brand terms, and must not list codes or links on coupon sites, spam channels, or misleading placements.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend access or remove content that violates these terms or creates security, legal, or operational risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means the updated terms apply.
