Refund Policy

At Impressly.ai, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated professional headshots. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Paid but Not Initiated

  • You have paid but have not uploaded any photos to start the photoshoot.

Paid, No Downloads, and Guidelines Followed

  • You uploaded photos that meet our guidelines.
  • You have not downloaded any headshots.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your headshots being ready.

Paid and Downloaded

  • Like a studio photoshoot, a few headshots will be outstanding, but not all will be perfect.
  • If we cannot deliver even a few great headshots:
    • Your photos must meet our guidelines.
    • You must not have downloaded any headshots.
    • You must request a refund within 7 days of your headshots being ready.

Complimentary Edits

If your headshots do not meet expectations and you have followed the guidelines, we may offer complimentary edits or create a new set of headshots. Refunds will only be issued if we are still unable to generate a few good headshots after this additional attempt.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • You have downloaded headshots that meet the expected standard.
  • The dissatisfaction arises from personal preferences unrelated to technical or quality issues.
  • You failed to comply with our photo upload guidelines.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at help@impressly.ai with:

  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.

The photos you upload are the most important ingredient in creating great headshots. We provide clear guidance during the upload process, but it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines carefully.

We are determined to get you a great set of headshots. If we cannot meet this standard even after complimentary edits, we will refund your payment in accordance with this policy.
